What's in this case study?
One of the world's top FMCG companies had long TAT at origin at one of its largest Indian hubs, with no visibility into hub efficiency. Of the 24 hours a vehicle spent at origin, 16 went to parking alone, pushing detention costs up. Freight Tiger implemented FT Trace for data collection and FT Insights for trend analysis, then introduced route scheduling to spread load evenly through the day and enforced transporter and warehouse manager compliance to cut loading time. The result: TAT at origin fell 20%, from 20 hours to 16, detention costs came down, and vehicle scheduling removed repeat visits to the same warehouse while reducing manpower overtime.
